Ceviche is reaching new heights. Celebrating the launch of the first-ever direct British Airways flights from London to Lima, we've created an exciting Peruvian menu for passengers to enjoy on board during May.

Carefully crafted dishes combine authentic South American flavours with traditional cooking techniques. They include:

- Causa de Camaron: mashed yellow potatoes, layered fresh prawns and Amarillo chilli

- Bistec Escabechado: grilled marinated beef fillet with pickled tomato and onion salsa and sweetcorn purée

Our founder Martin Morales said: “Peruvian food is one of the most exciting and cutting edge cuisines in the world as a result of its wide variety of flavours, influences and ingredients so it’s fantastic that British Airways customers will now be able to enjoy this incredibly diverse cuisine whilst in the air."
