Ceviche Soho's 5th Birthday
Five years ago we opened the doors to Ceviche Soho, combining Peru's exciting cuisine with Soho's spark, and paving the way for London's Peruvian food revolution. So to celebrate all we've achieved, join us for a one off birthday celebration with some of London’s hottest chefs on the evening of Thursday 16th March.
Some of our favourite chef friends including; Neil Rankin, Gizzi Erskine, Selin Kiazim, Anna Hansen, Ben Tish, Andy Oliver, Bonnie Porter and Mark Jarvis will be paying homage to Peru’s national dish by creating their own original and unique ceviches using any ingredients of their choice. These original dishes may be spicy, they may be citrusy - we don't know. What we do know is that they will all be served with an extra dose of "chicha", that Peruvian playfulness that we love so much.
On the night, we're asking you to vote for your favourite Ceviche from our guest chefs and all ceviches will feature on our menu for the next five weeks. So get your tastebuds limbered up for some voting.
Tickets are available for £38pp and include gorgeous canapés on arrival, a taster of each guest chefs' unique ceviche, along with our hot list of Ceviche Soho favourite dishes from the last five years. And of course, it wouldn't be a Peruvian party without a pisco sour. We'll be partying all evening from 6pm, to reserve your table, email us firstname.lastname@example.org or call 020 7292 2040.
£1 from the sale of each ceviche is going to our partner charity Amantani; a Peruvian charity helping indigenous Quechua families and children get access to education in some of Peru’s most disadvantaged communities.
