Introducing La Yapa - our new journal
From Friday 30 March, we welcome you to explore La Yapa, a journal made with love by all of us in the Ceviche Family.
It's our aim to celebrate Peruvian food, music and culture through our restaurants, music label and everything that we do. La Yapa is another love letter to our beloved Peru.
As a quarterly seasonal journal, it is available from all of our restaurants and is yours to take home for free. Edited by our founder Martin Morales and guest editor Lydia Winters, this issue's contributors include Duncan Ballantyne from our record label Tiger's Milk, Peruvian Pop Artist Cherman and more.
