Celebrating London Pisco Sour Week 2018
INTRODUCING PISCO LIBRE MASTERCLASS FOR PISCO SOUR WEEK, 3-9 FEBRUARY.
On Saturday 3 February we're hosting our Pisco Libre Masterclass at Ceviche Old St (details below). Guided by Group Bar Manager Zoltan Varga, 15 guests will learn about the history of Pisco, Peru’s national spirit, before making their own classic Pisco Sour. The experience will continue with participants making another three pisco-based cocktails in groups, including Ceviche favourites Pisco Punch and Chilanco, until finally creating their own take on the iconic Pisco Sour using a range of ingredients and our homemade infused Piscos.
