La Chiflada is a fruity & floral take on the classic Pisco Sour - we’ve added our Ceviche twist with muddled blueberries, wild nettle cordial and home-made lavender infused pisco.
Ceviche’s Vegan Pisco Sour, made with aquafaba from chickpeas, has all the characteristics of the classic without the egg white: smooth, creamy, zesty and uplifting!
