PERUVIAN DRINKS AND PISCO
We have the first exclusively Pisco Bar in Europe. No other spirits are served. We are inspired by vintage cocktails, the hottest drinks in Lima right now and also some of our own creations just for Soho.
We’ve used fruits from all our regions, alongside influences from our culture.We think this is exciting mixology.

Macerados:
We’ve infused our Pisco with some of the most exciting ingredients from Peru including Physalis, Damasco, Hierba Luisa, Eucalipto, Kumaru and more.
Classic:
It had to be a Pisco Sour. Created at the Morris Bar in Lima in the early 1900’s by the Brit Victor Morris, it even has its own National Day, every 1st Saturday in February. Whether you go for an original or flavoured by lucuma, passion fruit or chirimoya, we think these are refreshing and unique.
Ceviche’s own:
Soho Pisco, anyone? Chilli and cucumber, Lima and London, a great combination all mixed with Pisco. A gem of a cocktail.
Alchohol-free:
Chicha Morada. Deep purple, sweet, present at every Peruvian table and a superfood full of nutrients and health benefits.
